Staypineapple provides Zipcar Chevy Bolts, available for guests at hotels' on-site EV charging stations, aiming to reduce the company's carbon footprint while offering sustainable transportation options during guests' stays.

Florida hotel reopens after investment group renovates it
The Peninsula Inn, a historic 118-year-old hotel in Gulfport, Fla., has reopened as Peninsula Bed & Cocktails. The property underwent significant renovation by Florida House Realty Investments LLC, which purchased the property for just under $3 million in 2022.
The 16-room boutique hotel features rooms named after cocktails, a new cocktail bar, contactless check-in, and plans for a restaurant concept and possibly a coffee bar in the future.
