Calif. hotel adds 2 robots to guest services roster

Luma Hotel San Francisco is adding two new robots, Lucy and Lumie, to deliver coffee and other items to guests' rooms. The robots are equipped with custom 3D-printed carriers to safely transport hot beverages and food. Guests can order from the coffee bar or the hotel's bodega and the robots will deliver the items to their door.
